Inconsistent crop yield for smallholder farmers

Challenge Background

Smallholder farmers often experience inconsistent and irregular crop yields due to various reasons. One of them is Lack of adaptive seedlings to withstand challenging weather conditions like drought and floods. Additionally, environmental factors like bush burning and other forms of soil degradation also contribute to poor crop yield. The Consequences could result to Poor turn-over, Increased Rural to Urban Migration as and food insecurity.

What we are looking for

We are looking to setup a nursery center that raises adaptive seedlings for individuals and organizations. Moreover we hope to acquire professional training, tools and alternative knowledge to suppurt advocacy and awareness programs against bush burning and other forms of soil degradation. We are open to any additional soil regeneration concepts and products that can increase crop output.
